[Caddys 83]

I'm looking for a 90-92 RWD Brougham Cadillac rear passenger shoulder & lap seatbelts for my 83 Coupe Deville Cadillac. In the 80's, Cadillac did not had this feature but in the 90-92 Cadillac did for the 90-92 Brougham Cadillacs. In January 2000, Cadillac had a bulletin for an update on the 80-84 Coupe Deville (and I think the 80's Fleetwood models too) to the Dealers to change the lap seatbelts to shoulder and lap seatbelts kits if owner wants too. I'm willing to pay up to $75 color any or maroon I prefer. And since I already got most of my update done, I might as well add the seatbelts.
