The truerider website says 24.95 but i saw a post on LIL where he was selling them for 20.00?? What is the correct price so the lowrider community will know?

The price is 20.00 but 24.95 is shipping included.
The guys selling them at 20.00 I think were not charging for shipping for a limited time or something like that.
