I think it's CRAP! You obviously sold a manufactured defective spinner. Any reportable company would pay for shipping 1-way back to the consumer. When I read your policy the first thing that comes to mind is that the rims are cheap dollar store quality products. That's way OGwires doesn’t have a return policy for manufactured defective.


I bought a Walther P22 and 18 days out of warranty the frame cracked. I called the company and told them the problem. They sent me a shipping tag in the mail. The company paid shipping both ways and replaced the frame, no charge. Did they have to do thay, no but they did. I will buy from them for a long time.

I'm an airride mod so this isnt my area to mod and I havent really said anything negative about your company. I dont recall (could be wrong) telling anyone not to buy from you. I am just putting my experience out there for others to learn from. Negative experiences spread fast and good luck trying to get anyone else from here to buy your shit anyway.

Did I hit a soar spot by letting everyone know that you sell you shit as is with no warranty or anything, and I dont consider you a reputable compay? Thats my opinion and i'll spread that shit all day.

I dont know which is going to be worse, rolling the OG logo on my wheels or paying you the money to get smooth spinners so I dont roll your logo.

I think you should resale the rims and dont forget to add the OG WIRE warranty on them..

is a deciding factor in anything i purchase...

For instance.. if any one asks me about my home...

I will relate my experiences and then tell them I wouldnt buy from

Country Wide for any financing purchases
Nor, if I were to be looking for a house and
LeLand Management was the Home owners provider.. I would steer completely clear..

And that is what is happening here..
I see someone referencing their own experiences with a company... and then see the Co. trying to put out a fire,.. then telling the Customer that they are the ones in the wrong..

I was over this but thanks for the bump. The new guys will have another chance to get to know your policy. But before They go looking for something that isnt going to tell them anything good I'll lay it out for them again.

Products are sold as-is with no warranty so basically you get what you get and if you have a problem we will blow you off for three weeks then says its your fault because you didnt report it early enoough. THERE IS NO WARRANTY!!

If we ever get a forum for Crappy dealers and service, I'll vote you in for Mod of that!

If you took the time to read some of our other treads you would see we're all good, honest people and we expect the same from others. I even gave you a good review on here and LIL before you started playing games and being dicks. If I think your shady I'll let everyone know and I would hope they would do the same. Read the PM's, I never once asked or expected for special teatment because i am a mod or a forum member. If you actually look at the overall picture here i obviously waasnt looking for a handout as I said i would and did just pay for a new spinner rather than continue bullshitting with your company. Your company was the one that said you were just going to do me a favor because I was a forum member.

Also look back in your post's, you said your self "we sell so cheap to the point that they can afford to buy another." Thats says exactly what I said, you get what you get and dont expect OG Wires to do anything about it.
Your company has no satisfaction guarantee and I think that’s just fucked. I do expect that you replace something that is messed up, sorry if you think that’s wrong.
