Does anyone know where I can still buy shaved whitewall tires?

hey homie i got a homeboy that i asked about your issue. he said go to a tire retread shop and they will shave it for you. its the same process when they do retreads, or when you have a tire that has the white lettering they will shave that off. i don't know where you are from but any retread shop should do it. hope it helps homie.

I wished they still sold the raised wide whitewalls. They never blew when three wheelin and they are alot easier to clean than the shaved ones.

just came accross that your looking for some shaved whitewalls for your ride.
Thought you might be interested in this. I manifacture machines that will apply white and other coloured sidewalls to basically any tire.
This way you needed not worry about what brand to buy or restrictions on sizes. The sidewall is cleaned and a color appled to each tire taking no longer that usually around a hour or so for the whole car. best thing is , is that you can run it out of a workshop or your ride and make money back on it. All of the paint is supplied through ATS. nearly any size tire can be done and not just cars. bikes too. Harleys and road bikes come up a treat too.

Hi man.
the machine buffs the sidewall and applies the paint. the tires are supplied by you. this way your not limited by size. just brought what you brung..

I know what the machine does. My question is, where do I get this done at? Do I send the tires to you? Do tire shops have this machine? I have never see is before, I don't think any tire shop around my area will have a unit like that so.....How do I get my tires painted.....lol

mate i would have no idea where around your area might have one, and sending them to me is a bit long winded. they are real short on the ground. they were originally made in the late 60-70's and if any are around today they would be quite out dated. I can supply you with one that you can make some money out of by doing yours and others tires, but can't help you out with where there might be one near you.
