Anyone seen these on a car and how do they look?? We have spinning wheels here in town but no spinning wires

They are bad, we have a wheel store here in town who carries them. I like them.

i have seen 20 inch wires with spinner, like spinning wheels have on it ,,is that what ur talkin abvout?
