hey, is that a supersport????

i dont know impalas really at all.. but i thought when there was trim around the gas tank door, it was an SS?

to answer your question I cant be sure.....but here is what I found out off the VIN NUMBER: #31847J220626

3 - 1963
18 - series - IMPALA V-8
47 - body style - 2 door SPORT COUPE
J - Assembly plant - Janesville, WI
220626 - Production sequence starting at 100001 at all plants.

So maybe it is a SUPER SPORT?????
