Okay hotrods316 this is what I did to the rust spots
Check out this website www.RustBullet.com my family owns this business and I was doing some testing on my car the Rust Bullet kills rust and will not let it spred or bubble and it will not let moisture in then I fill in the spot with Bondo (I know Bondo is a bad word) and painted more Rust Bullet over the Bondo to seal it in now for me this is a temporary fix till 1lowcut or I can get a welder to fix the rust the right way I got tired of looking at the spots of rust eating my car so till I get my hands on a welder I made it more pleasant to look at
