re: 1963 Impala, my new Project......

Sorry Dennis this might be a lil hijacking but dont worry i will get back to your car in the end!!! thanks

not too much, i have been super busy with school so i have not had too much time to get on the net and chat with yall.
I got some good updates on the biscayne. I got the back all bagged and plumbed and had good fun with it over the fall. I burnt the back seat cuz i did not notch the floor and drove around layed out, it was close but i got the seat back in with an indian blanket covering so its good.

I am about to bag the front and I want to install a york EDC, and the 605 power steering conversion, BUT
The first thing is finishing the body work. I have new quarter panel metal on and I have very little skim coat work for the passenger side. the drivers will take a little longer to get right but as soon as spring weather hits its on. I am amped about the car again and I hope to post up some update shots and post a new topic as well on the post your rides!

And back to the 63, you ever consider the 605 conversion dennis or do you have stock power steering? If I get the pump and stuff and end up doing mine and you are interested I could prolly make two brackets to help offset the cost of making mine own, yall know how i am about not buying shit i think i can make, so i guess we'll see.
Okee sorry to hijack and back to the regularly scheduled show!
-Matt

The 605 is a good upgrade along with the disc brake setup. I have a stock power steering but I think I will go with the quicker 605 setup. I will need some manual stock steering components for the 605, so D if you have a manual steering and you want stock power steering let me know and we will trade.

Are you going to keep the manual steering? I need a manual center link for the 605 power steering. I have two complete stock power steering setups w/pump and brackets.
