 |  Why?????? Why do they make it so easy for the people who dont want to go to college to get financial aid? I have worked my ass off trying to pay for school, and do i get government help? HELL NO! They say i make to much money to need help, apparently they dont understand that people heave house payments, utilities, groceries.....But if your a refugee from bosnia or somewhere, god damn they're shoving money down your fucking throat. I just needed to vent a little, thanks for listening... |

Its frustrating i know...Paying off loans as we speak from my time in school as well as my wife |

| whats worse is the people that get financial aid and dont need it.......a friend of mine is so rich its not even funny......her fam. has over 2million in assets sitting in their garage its that rediculous......they're farmers mind you...what they did was, knowing she was going to college, they deliberately didn't sell any of their crops for 2 yrs so their income would be right around -$100000...and then she gets to go to a private school for 1/2 what im paying to go to a state school....i tend to think this is why people that need it cant get any help......such horse shit i tell ya. |

There is no reason to be so fucking stengy. and all this trouble im having, some charity calls one day wanting money to pay for scholarships that i have no chance at getting. I was like fuck you, why dont you pay for me to go to school, then maybe i'll have some extra money to donate. I hate the whole fucking system. Its backwards on everything |

|  well i talked to the financial aid people at school and they said they would extend my tuition due date if i applied for a gov't loan before august 26 and they said they would give me book vouchers, so atleast i wont have to pay anything upfront. So thats good news, hopefully the lady i talked to new what she was talking about....everybody cross your fingers for me, i applied for my loan today... |

| no i wouldnt have wanted ot grow up there, but i dont know why they come here and get all this special treatment, they're the same as any other immigrant to me, coming to have a better life. I used ot work with a guy from bosnia and the government was paying for him to go to a university, while i was struggling to pay for community college, and he was making more money than i was. They have some kind of refugee scholarship fund or something. I just think if he wanted to live here, he should have been made to go through the same kind of shit that i have to go through |
