 |  rude ass customer service people! Here i am trying to get rid of debt that my husband and his dumb ass ex wife ran up...I have a problem with one of the cards, they are taking money out of MY bank account, and they wont even answer the first question about it. Its My fucking money too.....i am sooo mad. sorry, just had to vent a little bit |

|  Not to pry into your business, but legally they have to tell you why they are drafting your acct...If its collections, then yes they have the right to draft your acct as well as put a garnishment on there as well...Was it MBNA?? |

|  It was discover, and i know why its coming out, dennis set it up like that. The thing about it is that we got a bill, so i figured they quit taking it out and started sending a bill again, so I sent them $1200, and they still took our minimum payment out of the checking account...I dont know why they think they're special enough to get paid twice, I would think a 1200 dollar check would shut somebody up for atleast a month, its not like it was late or anything, they just fucked up and wouldnt explain to me what happened...jackasses, and not only would they not tell me anything, the bitch was rude as hell about it |

| I guess i should say my name is not on the card, and thats part of the reason i get mad cause im the one who pays the bills (bills that i didnt run up) and yet i have no power to even talk to a customer service person about it.....just makes me mad |
