Photobucket rocks and it's free. When you up load the picts then there is tab as to the size desired or you can custom size. Then just click, avatar, thumbnail, or whatever. Super slick n easy

Just go to: Resize Images online and click to like 75 % or 50 % upload and let it resize it then when the image comes back up just save it to your PC..
