Engine swaps
Engine swaps or fun like getting your teeth pulled fun like getting abducted by aliens and they can’t get the ass probe weight so they keep poking and poking and poking. I’m doing a swap on 1lowcut Ride it's going some what smooth I only broke one socket and his dipstick. If your reading this 1lowcut “sorry my bad it looked shitty anyway it needed to be replaced” I am hoping to have it done today or tomorrow just don’t tell him I don’t know what I’m doing I'm just winging it maybe I should have washed my hands before touched the shop book because now it’s all oily and I can’t reed it. I hate it when that happens |

Re: Engine swaps
yo if you left a wrench in the oil pan then your a dee dee dee, i have seen it all, hey you gotta check for proper spark so put your tounge in one of you plug wires and crank it if you feel a slight shock its got continuity to the plug if not then try another wire till you feel the "slight" shock.....lol

Re: Engine swaps
Well it runs
!! As much as i thought slam would have killed it.. he didnt (yet). It all went pretty smooth aside from slams bad habits of loosing things and standing there srcatching his head and lookind at a part trying to figure where and how it came off. We would have got pics but as i said slams memory is that great and he could never remember to bring the camera . Maybe if all of you keep reminding him to grab the camera we can get some pics of his impala rollin 3 and hopin. All jokes aside thank you for your help on this. I wouldnt have done it alone and would have just rolled it smokin! Your a shit talkin asshole who doesnt know his right from left but you do a good job pulling shit out of your butt. Thanks for your help ![]() |

Re: Engine swaps
Good job yall! ya laugh about finding shit in the engine, check this. We had a guy rebuild my dads 455 olds. We had a knock in the top of the engine once in awhile and could figure it out. We pulled the intake off one day to put on a new intake with extra carbs and I shit you not a socket was inside and it would hit the rods every now and then. Damn lucky we didn't ruin it. It was not one of ours it was from the machine shop because it was marked from thier shop. My dad took it to them and bitched'em out for it he through it damn hard at the guy and hit the wall behind him.
