Nice! Very nice! Heat pump and everything (SPOILED
 )I take it you are the owner, and not the renter ... I'm getting new siding on my house next week... I'll post some before/after pics as soon as that goes up. |

Thanks man.....long time no see...yea I own not rent.......heat pump yes....I love my house just enough for me since I live by myself...but always looking for a possible roomie if you catch my drift....
3 bedroom 2 full bath....deck....My brother and I put up the fence and built the shed........i need a garage...  |

Hahaa... trust me you can wait..
I think property values might be a little higher here in Washington. That brick house with a heat pump with a lot that size and flat would go for about $185,000 here... My house was a bank foreclosure when I bought it so it needed some work, I had the kitchen remodeled, and siding is next (should be next week)... The backyard is under construction. I'll post some current pics tomorrow... Then when the siding goes up you can be jealous ... Hardi-plank... can't wait! |

Okay here she is... I know she's kind of an eye sore now but keep in mind the new siding is on its way!
I too live alone so I've kinda taken the house one step at a time... Sure beats paying rent though! I've remodeled the kitchen, fixed up the 'Poker room'  redone the front yard, asphalt driveway... Next step is siding, new front door, heat pump and redo the backyard. I'll post some pics as it progresses...Have to be some more proud homeowners out there... lets see some more cribs!! |

Thanks Dennis, No I hired a contractor for the kitchen, although my dad and I did install the appliances ourselves
... Well in the town I live in, nothing is too flat. So my lot is kinda terraced... I didn't realize how unlevel the driveway looks until now... It doesn't look that sloped in person. Dennis what year was your house built? I love the brick...You very rarely see that here in Washington. |

Ryan it was completed in Nov of 2001. I paid 82,500 for it brand new. I was the first to live here. You'll have to come visit sometime...lol...Only about a 100 hour trip...Be good homie...
