I have to do a presentation in class today about anabolic steroids. I am a very talkative person usually but I hate talking in front of a group of people. Im so nervous, ive been having nightmares about it. And im the first person in the class that has to do it so i cant watch and learn from other peoples mistakes or anything.Just 5 short minutes of my life...i'll get through it. *deep breath* Just needed to vent a little

It wont be bad...Thats one thing i have never had a problem with is public speaking...Hope it goes well

Good luck, I hate speaking in front of a crowd to, but like you I am a talkative person, just not in front of a crowd. Good Luck!

I hate speaking in small groups..or extermly large groups....but a good size group like 30-60 don't scare me...

it is very easy... just act like you are with your family or in a club........
and was the steroids a chosen topic or did you get to pic..........

well we had a list to choose from and i was the last one to get the list so i basically had to do the steroids or another one that i had never even heard of so i picked steroids. But it went ok, i didnt know people were actually gonna ask me questions so i wasnt really ready for that, but other than that it was ok, wont know my grade till next week.

It sucks when you do all of that research and on top of that have somebody ask you a question about steroids and your like well a........... Kind of puts you on the spot! I hope everything turns out well, grade wise!!! I have to write a paper for my economics class some time tonight, or at least get started on it!

goldilocs used to use me when she was doing public speakin,she would deep breathe,put a smile on and start,shes very good at it.
