Possible xmas gift for daughter. what are the advantages vs disadvatages?

vice city GTA is comin out on ps2 not xbox, and if xbox is on long enuff it will catch fire, and ps2 will play old ps games

i say ps2 is worth more, id wait ti get tho, they are gonna drop the price on it just b4 xmas

both play dvd's but the ps2 is more quality

go with the ps2 for brit. she can still play all her od games, and you can too, and if you see a new you like, then the whole family is happy... a ps2 was my first dvd player i liked it, you can get remotes for it and shit....

I would say PS2! More game variety for kids and adults! If you were just going to buy it for her I Game Cube is good for kids because that is who it is aimed at! It really depends on her age and if you are going to play it too!

Tim Doggy Dogg has a good point,,,.. i think thereis prolly alot more child related games with the game cube......
