Legal Advice (Goldi)???

They pulled my brother over last night and kept him behind a fire station for 3 1/2 hours trying to get him to to roll on folks...They got him last October for selling a 20 sack to the undercover...Dont have anything else on him but knows the folks he ran with were dirty as hell...Found nothing on him when they pulled him over...Told him it was a class B Felony...What would he be looking at legally as an 18 year old with no priors??

what did they charge him with??? and they always try to get people to roll on other people.. as far as being kept behind a fire station for 3 hours file a formal complaint with ur state police department..thats about all you can do about the harrasment unless u have deep pockets for an out of state lawyer.. i have been harrased for the last 8 years and continue to be harrassed to this day.. its not as frequent but it still happens.

id like to know what they charge him with?? thats a class b felony? certainly not that 20 sac..

Im hoping he gets youthful offender with no priors but distribution, i thought they had to show pattern and they only have him 1 time on Oct 7, 2001...Its just real messed up...That Felony could mess him up the rest of his life for 20 bucks worth of weed just doesnt make sense to me...

if he has a lawyer no worries most he will get is some probation maybe piss testing.

the lawyer can make the school zone thing disapear and that would probably knock it down to a misdeamenor to bad there wasnt away u could prve entrapment

and as far as felony... it will always be there..mine was suppose to be expunged at the end of my probation sentance and i was only suppose to have a misdeamenor..here i am convicted felon

just make sure he gets a good lawyer and no real worrie's

The only misdameanor alabama has is possession for 2.2 pounds or less...Everything else is felony

Sale to minors (under 18) can increase the penalty by 10 years to life in prison, and no suspension or probation can be granted to this sentence.

This is just what is on a website and has me nervous as hell and i aint even the one on the hook...Ya think i need to meet with a lawyer before he turns himself in???

YES get LAWYER BEFORE HE TURNS HIMSELF IN!!!!!!!!

often time the lawyer can have him cogged and out within in 4 hours dont worry about that website.. lawyers can work wonders if paid well enough

i apologize for getting to this so late ..but...unless i look at the reports..i really cant comment..i will say this..get a reputable criminal attorney...give your brother some good advice and tell him to keep his nose clean and find a new group of friends...
