| Dirt, grease or even air under the chrome plate tends to expand and split the chrome to allow more air in which causes the chrome to split the heat is only the catalyst. If the plate is done well and not to thin you'll be ok, go for triple plate, they get three attempts at getting a good layer then ?! |
