NEED HELP nissan lowrider

Im am looking to by a 92 nissan hardbody with hydraulics. Im new to hydros. It has a cce set up, 3 pumps, 4 batts. it has been sitting for like 2 years. im curious as to what i should look for in terms of problems like if the seals went bad from sitting outside. like i said im knew to hyrdos so i dont really know what to look for. the truck is in mint shape, no rust, 40,000 miles and the hydraulic set up was done professionally. is $3,200 a reasonable price?

Is the setup under a topper or was it out in the weather? Look for any signs of oil leaks would be a first. Check all hoses. Possibly take a multi charger with you and tell the guy you would like to put a charge on the batteries to see the setup in action. If the setup is in good working order, the paint is clean and the interior is good then 3200 is reasonable, but you know thats just his starting price, if you like the truck and all is in good working order take cash with you and offer much less......
