yes,,,,,,,,
the fools came by his house at 9:30 am the day before thanksgiving! But after all was said and done, he has to serve til the 22nd of December and he is donee, no record , no anything. Atleast that is what his dad has told me.

He ws on probation........ He violated it by being out too late one night and driving.. well it took them like 3 or 4 months to decide to violate him on it, so apperantly they waited till the day before thanksgiving....He had a lot of time on the shelf, but the way i hear it worked out, is that he could go home and have a record for the rest of his life.... or do 100 days and be wiped clean when he was done........Also, the judge accounted for time served. So his 100 days, turned into thanksgiving to dec 22nd........ so he chose to do that. he will be out in 3 days! i will take him for a good time out at the bar, since i am a complete bastard of a friend and didnt go see him!
If he wil still even want to deal with me.

The law works in weird ass ways...3 or 4 months ago is kinda after the point dont ya think?? Oh well...
My brother goes to court the 16th of the month...But 1 thingis fo sho...Jail sucks
