hell yeah it all adds up at the end.. the better quality...and the fatter the cable depending on you cars engine performance.. all adds up at the end...cuz the fatter the cable the better the spark to the plugs..resulting in a hotter combustion .....so yes it does help it out.. it wont give you as many horsies as putting some stickers on your car.. but hey you already know that???

it also depends on your spark plugs, wire size ,coil out put, and a lot to do with the fluids you putin your vehicle. k&n filters bring hp up by 10% and adding a 1 inch spacer under your carb makes a little hp too. in addition the amount of COLD air you can ram down the carb helps in hp as well as size of cam and ehaust ports. headers will give you atleast 5 more hp.but if u have an import car i cant help ya. oh i forgot intake manifolds play a big role in hp too.
