how to post pics for dummies

im not too good with computers so if you can explain how to post pics step by step, i have a digital camera so from that program to what?

I know you have to post the pic to a hosting website...then link it to here...But i send my pics to Dennis and he posts them for me

Holla if ya need something posted and we'll get them up
