Question for Everyone
Just have a question for you guys on the topic of custom cars???
For most of us, Sundays is the best day to watch car programs such as 2nr Tv, Car and Driver, Trucks, Horsepower TV, and Nopi Vision... For those of you that dont like the TNN lineup on Sundays starting with 2nr TV... Are you a custom car builder or are you only wanting to watch shows involving Lowriders?? I personally watch any show involving cars because i love cars of all types...Trucks comes on and they went mud riding and i was feeling that...They lifted the truck, hooked it up with top of the line stuff and went and played in it...It just bothers me to see guys lose interest in car shows, car programs on TV and other types of custom cars because it isnt something they think fits in to their narrow minded world of what a car is supposed to look like and perform like... Even if you see a ride that has alot of hard work into it, but it says Honda on the ride so you degrade it...Are you then a custom car fan or just another lowrider hippocrite??? Opinions Please... (this was started on LIL so i wanted you guys/gals opinion) |

I generally show more of an interest in motorsport types that are available to myself or stuff that just looks fun, i dont have a lot of time for F1 and some of that stuff, also anything unusual gets my vote - Like i said stuff that looks fun.

I think they should do a reality show on building a lowrider, that way people can see all the hard work that goes into them, the cursing at the hydraulics, stuff catching on fire, its no fun watching someone who can put something together right the first time without cursing

I watch all of them too but I do think that there should be a show about lowriders. Lowriding has been around longer than import racing and just as long as any other styles. I think if all of us, even layitlow members and other site members were to send an email to the tnn company we could have an influence. Putting a quick picture in the opening of 2nr tv is not enough and thats their way of shutting us up for a while, I don't know about you but I have never seen a lowrider in the actual show. So like you I enjoy all automotive shows but Im not building a hot rod or 4x4 or an import, I have a 77 monte and would like to see a show targeted at me.
