Never done a tilt bed...Seems like you would have to hinge the side to keep it stationary and have the pump towards the middle with the arm somehow attached to the bed??
I have pics but never really looked at from the stand point of actually doing one... |

build a flat rack from 1/4" plate to bolt the bed too and make sure it has some cross bracing, make some heavy duty hinges
For each hinge use four pieces of pipe with brass bushings in each end attach two to the chassis and two to the bed and run another solid bar through these to create the hinge effect - do this twice or three times for each 'hinge' set. mount the ram through a hyme joints or similar on the chassis and in a roller guide on the bed to allow the ram to lay flat, lift the bed all the way then extend the ram fully before positioning it |
