i dont know how to put hydraulics on model cars but i really want to learn can any body teach me how to do it

The best thing that I can tell you is to go to you rlocal hobby shop, and buy a Hopping Hydro pre-assembled hopper chassis and then after building it by provided instructions and seein how it works you'll have the idean and you'll be able to modify the design however you want. That's how it was for me bu tI started with a Pegusus Dancer kits tha tI had to build myself.

But here's the idea.. You have an electric motor the when triggered spins a gear that's attached to a piece of fishing line which is attached to a u shaped free moving axle (u-bar) almost like a car with hydraulic cylinders and whne the axle is moved the car goes up. So pretty much the motor yanks the axle down and pulls the car up. Here's a vague pic.
