Was thinking of laying Rust Bullet in the truck to clean it up. Black or Silver?

makes a difference to put the black over the silver

. Have you applied it with a roller before? maybe that would be better than brushing it on

Maybe I misunderstood the whole rust bullet stuff.. i thought it was just a chemical that eats rust away??

Yep, the silver is the protection and the black is a top paint

No, it's a coating that kill and/or prevents rust from forming for over 10-years
