Re: $350 for a new top
Not sure, I was assuming he was taking off the old and putting on a new but havent talked to him. had my cousin ask him for the price.
The big rear trim I had painted with the car and the other tris is still pretty good and its two tone with silver and chrome so i'll just leave that alone. Should be taking it to the shop today or tomorrow and post pics when I get it back. After this its just a headliner and visors and she'll be done. Oh and a new set of rims this summer too. |

Re: $350 for a new top
So I dropped it off yesterday and should have her back next weekend. They will be removing the old top, putting the original style stitching back in the new top as well as doing the headliner and visors. All for $500 bucks. Thats seems pretty good to me. With my grille coming in the mail once i get the car back all its needs is a new cat for the exhaust, and she's pretty much done. Three years in the making and the end is almost here.
