Murdered out?

Hey I've heard this term used a couple times lately on TV. I believe it refers to having your ride painted in all flat black, chrome, wheels, and everything. Any one else know about this new trend? I guess guys are paying big bucks for the look????

I know that Hotrods and RatRod guy like that flat black primer look, I think there is a flat black base coat with a clear. I had seen that on a TV program called Trucks when they did project Old Skool. What they call that paint job I have no idea but it’s a old thing that is making a come back, that what I think

Just last night I hear the term “Murdered out” used in the TV show Rob & Big, Rod came home with a new SUV murdered out (every thing flat black) even the tail lights and then Big Black when and bought a Ford Pinto and murdered out that ride, funny shit having a 300 lbs + guy rollin in a flat black Pinto. So I just have to say YES I have now hear of the term“Murdered out” used referring to a flat black paint job.

Yeah that was the first place I heard it too. Then I was watching a couple other shows and heard it mentioned again later that week. That Pinto rocked!

there tryin to be trendy because its like a drive by car so u cant get a description. cops asks u what kind of car you tell em i dont know the whole car was blacked out no head lights no plates. the real term is resto rod or rat rod, or nostalgia rod. got 10,000,000 in california google billetproof show antioch ca you might even see me in a pic.

I missed that show. is it a new one? did rob replace the yukon he had or is this an older episode???? I want to see big black pimpin a pinto.........those guys have me rollin

Those guys crack me up. I have to see black rollin the pinto. Kent tried to charge me 18 bucks for nitro the other day. I had him fix it though. I wish I could fit another tank. Where we cruzin this weekend? Summit on Friday should be good if you want to go check it out. A&W in sparks afterwards too.
