Question Cutty Seatbelts

Anyone know how to remove the pannel next to the back seat to get to the retracting mechanism? My seatbelts are fully extended and won't retract.

u have to take out the back seats, upper and lower, the back upper part..(where the window is), and then u can remove the bottom part to expose the seat-belt mechanism, i would give u mine, but i cut them both sorry...just use a T-50 to unloosin it...good luck..

t-50 is a star like wrench that u need to take the seat belts off... they bend easy tho.. prolly go thru a couple...lol...they only couple bucks, it goes on 3/8's ratchet
