Headliner

Could someone fiberglass an entire headliner? What kind of weight are we talking about? Stress and all, would it crack?

Even if this topic is three months old:

I wonder about getting the headliner back into the car. I know I had to fold mine a little to work it out. Fiberglass doesn't allow for much flex, getting it back into the car would be difficult. It might be possible to fiberglass directly to the roof, but that involves working upside down. Nothing like having those lovely chemicals dripping all over yourself and the seats.

Get it thick enough, and cracking will be unlikely, assuming you can get it back into the car (maybe in sections?). Won't weigh too much more than the foam liner that comes stock.
