i would go with vinyl, almost my whole interior would have been salvageable after the fire if it was vinyl, it was tweed. vinyl cleans easy looks good, but is hot as hell in the summertime

Thumbs up

personaly i prefer the velvet for the classy
appeal. although vinyl is eaier to clean and
does last along time. a buddy of mine has a
split combo vinyl/velvet in his 68 caprice
and it looks sharp.

my taste is vinyl/leather. same thing now adays. you can stretch the new vinyl around interior plastics with great ease and no wrinkles. do the headliner in the same material, straight bad ass shit. now for me velour looks awful. hate when i see a bad ass impala and see the seats are velour. just doesnt stand out and grab your attention. The feel of the viynal is better when you drive and easier to maintain. wrap the dash too while your at it, guranteed people will trip when you show your car.
