Have you tried any local fabric shops. Like them places where the little ole ladies go and buy material for the dresses they make. Them places usually have vinyl and velvet.

try to find a vinyl called Collagen or some variant on the name. its a very strectchy vinyl and very forgiving. feels like leather, looks like leather, baddest material ive seen to date.
