depending on temperature but usually about 10 minutes this is what they call flash time.

if ya talkin about spray paint that just crossed my mind hmm...not sure oin spray paint...

Agood test is to touch the clear on an area that does not matter (like masking over the windows),if it is stringy when you pull your fingure up,it is no ready but if it is tacky and does not string,it is ready.

ditto!!...if it sticks to your finger and/or is stringy,,,not ready,,,if u touch it,,,and it doesnt stick to your finger, or isnt stringy,,,,but leaves a fingerprint on the paint itself,,,its ready
