Isnt that just the old bowling ball paint job? Paint you base then you next coat and then take plastic wrap and drag across the car???

Looks like patterns done in flake...probably house of kolors micro flake..

That effect is done with HOK's marbilizer.It looks alot more difficult than it is.You just need 3 people in the booth to pull it off,one to spray the marbilizer and the other two to apply the plastic and to keep it syretched tight.
