depends on the severity of the overspray,,but if its minimal,,mothers clay bar will remove the majority of it.

you can use polish, but use one like a colour restorer as its not quite as fine and 'cuts' the paint, we get one in the UK called T-Cut colour restorer. Failing that go to a car place and get some flatting compound and then polish up afterwards.
