easy...most materials come in atleast 57 inches wide,,,or around there,,,,,which is plenty wide enuff to go length ways down the headliner,,,,hardest part of the whole thing is gettin it out,and puttin it back in,,,,and thats not real hard,,,,if the existing headliner is hanging or sagging down,,u will need to pull all of the old material off,,and then get a hard bristle scrub brush ( like for cleaning carpets) and scrub the whole headliner down,,gettin all the old foam/adhesive off,,,,,do this dry,,,not wet,,,just scrub and scrub till its just a clean headliner,,,,when u go to put new material on,,,do half at a time,,,,get a peice long enuff for whole thing,,,,lay it down in place,,fold half of it over,,and spray glue on both the headliner, and the new material, wait till its almost dry to the touch,,then put together starting from the middle and work to the outside, hold the material up with one hand,,and just lay it down little by little with the other hand pressing against the headliner,,,smoothing it down,,after one side is done, pull the other side up,,,repeat the process,,,,,,to add cool features such as 3-D designs,,,chevy signs, flames or whatever u want it to be,,,get some 1/4'' foam or even a peice of cardboard, cut to the way or design u want, and glue it on the headliner first,,,then repeat process,,,of half and half,,,,dont cut material short once u get it all glued down,,,,fold it over atleast 2-4 inches all the way around,,then trim excess.....

if the headliner is in good shape,,,,still sticking good,,and not sagging at all,,,just not the color u want,,,or fading,,,,,glue on top of this, act as if its already cleaned up ready to spray with glue,,,,,most of the time u can get atleast 3 coats of material on it,,before it is too thick to go back on and fit nicely....
:frog:
hope this helps someone ......Mo
