Opinions on this deal???

It retails for 550 new...What should i look for to make sure i dont get screwed...This is the ad with the body kit as i read it:

"Hey everyone, i have a 1994 Integra LS sedan, and I am selling my Wings West Side and rear skirt in order to get new side and rear bumpers
The side and rear are from the Wings West R.S. Series racing kit.. u can go to <a href="http://www.wingswest.com" target="_blank">www.wingswest.com</a> to see them
They are already painted Isle Green mettalic.. the passenger side skirt is scratched but barely noticable, otherwise the whole kit is in like new condition..
I am willing to let all the pieces go for $200 obo"

I dunno how late i am on this but ask for pics of the bottom of them you wanna see if they have been messed up on the bottom look for cracks of anykind stress or fratures or whatever..
