body kits go up further on the doors and ... also new header panels sometimes and so on.

i think groundeffects are kool lookin but im probably just sayin that cuz i live in jersey and there illegal herre but im puttin a blue one on my elky no matter whaat the cops say ill just shut it off if it pisses them off THAT much lol

in NJ if u drive with the ground evvects on they pull u over and give u a ticket and make u take off the kit because this state has skrewed up laws that make no sence and if u got 1 of those neon license plate holders u can get pulled over for that too

maybe im hi, or something...... but how do you shut ground effects off.....
kindin playa.... they are talking about the body moldings per/say at the bottom of the car that make it look lower, and body kits, that give the car a whole new look.... you are thinking about neon lights. those are illegal about everywhere, if they are emergency colors, or can be interperated as emergency colors...

They bust ya ass for neon around here to...And DONT get red or blue cause thats an automatic ticket everytime
