Hissing/bubbles coming from fill plug.....

I was checking the system last night for leaks after i got home and heard a hissing sound..... i found it was coming from the fill plug on one of my pumps.... What does this mean???? I tightened the plugs after i filled them up... idk. HELP!!! (once again, more problems). thanks, CK

Just sounds like air coming from the plug to the tank. You could just try teflon on the tank plug maybe
