Getting ready to build new batt/pump rack
Alright peepz here's my question I am going to do a new batt/pump rack cuz the one I got is just ghetto as hell!
![]() haha that makes me laugh the way I bought this car! You should have seen the pump that was in it before! It was 1 pump that had four dumps on it! Looked like a damn transformer coming out of the trunk but this is my question this rack is of coarse welded to the trunk floor what is your guys opinion of how I mount the rack I don't wanna weld it ot the floor of my trunk due to my corner panels buckling but I need some opinions of the other ways to mount the racks |

Re: Getting ready to build new batt/pump rack
For the Bottom rack you should use at least 1" x 2" x 3/16" rectangle tubing and for the rack itself at least 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/16" angle iron. I use 2" x 2" x 1/4" square tubing for the bottom rack and 2" x 2" x 1/4" angle on 90 percent of cars and on all my personal vehicles.
