black magic pump

I'm gonna update my project thread and will most likely do my install before May 9. Incase the other stuff that BM will send doesn't arrive. I'll just buy the 3/8 plug but I was wondering if the air valve is needed? or can I put them together without it?

In all Honesty its for looks. Mine our Plugged off. The only pump i will use the air stem is a piston pump. It lets you reset the piston without removing the tank. I shouldnt have said that i just let a secret out. LOL

When you reset your piston do you ever hear it move or hit the back of the plate? I cant hear mine do anything I guess it just might be that quiet.
