So its just a bolt, does it has to be isolated or is it the ground of the housing? It looks a simple solution. great . and is it not possible then to ground it with the scews that hold the magnets? That should be a field or not?

mine is just a bolt and some nuts. I was going to ground it with the bolts that hold the magnets, but I had a hard time getting the screws to loosen and just drilled a hole and put a bolt in it.
