Solenoids keep blowing

Has anyone had any problems with solenoids blowin? I'm getting tired of haveing to replace them in my friends monte.

clean the metal they are grounded on make sur all of them have sum good connections

Tell what type and how many solenoids per pump you are using.. If you are using the old ford type solenoid you better have at least 3 per pump, 4 to be safe..
