what should i do

i have a 77 regal with hydraulics no floor at all no dash at all no interior.alot of work has been done to the car as far as putting in the hydraulics.i paid $400 for it
should i start over with another car or put a different one on this frame?

Explain moving out? Are you sure the bumper filler isnt just missing..

the bumper was taken off and new mounts were welded 3 in. forward
