hydros on a sub frame?

i have a 1965 dodge polara that i am currently restoring frame off. I would really like to juice it. The car has a torsion bar and leafspring suspension. I know it could be done but will adding hydros just wreck the car since it sits on a sub frame and not a full frame? was thinking 2pump 4batteries? i really dont want to wreck this car i have alot of money invested. please help.

do you think that is very likely to happen even with a light setup and no 3 wheelin? I just would like to be able to raise and drop it.

If all you want to do is raise and drop why go with hydros? Why not just bag it?

are bags going to be that much better? i know its not any less expensive. if both setups can raise and lower whats the differance as far as how its going to affect the car? if i run less batteries wont the hydros be just as gentle?

I personally think the bags are going to create less stress.
