Question need help

here is my problem, I put in a new battery rack in my ride. I hook everything back up. when I hit the switch it got hung up. I checked the switch and its fine. I replaced the cylenoids but now it arcs everytime I try to hook up the quick disconnect. Does anyone else know what can it be? I check all the wiring and nothing seems to be grounding out. I am running 8 batteries 2 pumps and 6 switches.

If it arcs, there is definatly a grounded wire somewhere. Do you have a picture of your setup? When you hook up the last cylinoid does it actually arc or does the motor spin?

I dont have a picture of the set up but the motor does spin if I leave the quickdiconnect hooked up. the cylinoids stay open and the motor keeps running. i do think that it must a wire that is grounding somewhere or the cylinoid are not grounding properly. I'll keep checking

So its not an arc...its just sparking due to its completing the circuit correct...

yes, but there is got to be a reason why its sparking. something is not working properly or maybe i screwed up the wiring some how.
