came up with a block that can be used with four pumps at the same time
, all four pumps are plumbed into the block so you can use one pump or use all four at once . And direct the flow to any cylinder. unlike a standard four pump set where you have one pump per cylinder, this block can put the flow of all four ,three ,two or one pump to one cylinder , or use all four pumps to the front (two pumps for left front / two pumps for the right front ) and the same for the side ,all four pumps to one side. Even if three pumps are dis- abled one pump can still raise all four cylinders ,just a little slower of couse I have one block im doing testing on and should be ready in a week or so. Im on vacation right now so I wont be able get back to till jan. 3 2006 just came in to work today only to finish a 85" long rodless cylinder? so if you are still interested just reply ,Ill get back to you on the 3 rd. |

hopping block update
tests went ok we ran 48 gallons thru a four section flow divider ,which put about 12 gallons to each valve at 4000 psi. The block pressurized each port indivdually as i thought it would ,but did have some problems pressurizing all ports at once . We could probably fix this problem with a couple of squence valves that would allow it to work better. But like i said its a hopping block,i quess adding the other valves would make it a dancing block ? Have more info on the block like dimensions ,installation drawings ,and pricing if anyones interested in the bolck email me at smorales@spencer-ind.com need a fax or address and i will send anyone all info i have.
