spring pockets

Look along the seam up to the spring locator teeth is this suppose to like like this or is this ripping

That looks really bad man. The frame there is 2 pieces slid together and welded, looks like youre starting to split right along that seam...

That is what i thought . But i didnt see a weld on it from the bottom . I checked the top of the frame and it looks fine .

I guess this gives me a reason to do a frame swap this winter .

I got it fixed . Welded the seam back up and then plated the inside of the pocket with 1/4 in plate . I went ahead and replaced all the bushing , tie rods ,centerlink, napa ball joints , and put another set of 3/4 entended a-arms on it . Ilike the stance on it now .

Did you cut the teeth out this time? That is why you had the problem, if you cut the teeth out you will be good to go.
