fried solenoids

i put 3 motorcraft sw-3 solenoids and the last solenoid to the battery fried,i put a new one and it fried, it worked for about 5 hits,does it matter which end goes to the battery, the (s) end ?

i think it does matter... but i cant recall right now... i could be wrong though... but if you have them all hooked up the same, then i dont think just the last one would blow..... it may be a grounding problem it seems like to me...

you have a voltage drop.connect a ground wire from the solenoids to the pumps.this will help with any voltage drop.or throw them away and try my rebuileable solenoids.see website. <a href="http://www.lonaandsons.com" target="_blank">www.lonaandsons.com</a> .i know a shameless plug,i could not help myself.
