Post delta dumps

i got luxor delta dumps with the yellow wires, and they stick ALOT. but ive heard from numerous people that theyve run deltas and not had hardly any problems.

my question is, should i try to replace all my cartridges for $25 a piece from cce? or should i just spring for the italian dumps from showtime for $60?

it doesnt seem like alot of money to just go for the $60, but after you multiply that by 4 it makes it a lil tough to decide.. especially when i have to replace 4 motors and 4 pumpheads along with that.

thanks

if they are Delta then the stick will be the same were ever you buy it from......Delta make the sticks and loads of peeps make blocks to put them in.
they can stick because you have too low volts to them or cos the stick is too tight in the block or cos the block is not machined right

i got 24v olts going to them, but the blocks the cartridges are in are definately a lil different than others i have seen... mine are the ones with two 1/4" holes drilled through the base of them on the end where the return line is hooked up..

so you think i shouldnt try expirementing with using cce's cartridges? how about if i was to buy new blocks? if i can find some

I've got original delta's, not this aftermarket shit. Your right Rick back when we started it was all about performance and quality. Then it became about the benjamins.

I agree.what If try another set of deltas and they dont work? Youll just end up buying the better dumps anyway. $60. isnt that much for a dump that works right concidering that there are $500. dumps out there

easy give away on the blocks is to look down the stick hole to the seat machining....genuine delta blocks [and other god ones] will have the seat and the drillings in perfect concentric aligment, some of the cheap stuff the seat is so far out you caneasilt by eye that it's off
