dont buy ur switches at the shack

order carling switches gimme a call il set ya up

selenoid all depends on how many batts ur gonna run it is recomended to use 3 selenoids for 36 volts or more less problkems this way

buy regurlar ford noids from autoshit

on the switches u run one 24v power wire and jump it oiff the first switch in the setup to the rest of the switches if ur using 6 prong switches make sure u have power to both sides of the switch(middle prongs)

solder them on!!!!!!

1. Aw nevermind i'll just use my prewired 10 switch switchbox, but rite now i'm havin a problem this switchbox has 9 wires and some peeps say if this is a 2 pump 4 dump setup its supposed to have 7, the guy who is givin me the switchbox say its was wired like this on his balser for a 2 pumper, 4 dump wire, 4 soleniods wire and one 24v wire peeps sayin no this is for a 4 pump, and some say yes so what i need help on this...........

2. Also who know where i can go to get the wiring diagram tellin u like what wire on the switchbox goes to what all i know is the red hot wire goes to 24v......... so its down to 8 lol...........

3. since this is gonna be a 2 pump 4 dump setup 4 batts wired in series givin me 48v can i use like a 4 guage wire for everything or what???

the problem with getting a diagram would be this where did the box come form originaly?
take good pics of the inside of the box ie back of the switches... dont assume the red wire is hot sometimes the violet wire is hit sometimes orange and sometime brown... u will have 2 extra wires that u wont need to use

u can use 4 gauge for the batts selenoids and to the motors on the pumps

take good pics of the back of the switches (still wired) and post them up or send them to me @ customlolo@yahoo.com

if i can i will try and figure out which wires are which based on the pictures if the pics are good it shouldnt be a problem

naw man im chuck hope this diagram helps.. u should solder them but u can use the little o ring connectors ignore the op 4 switches on the diagram u only need the bottom 4 run 1 24 volt wire to ur first switch and jump from switch to switch after that make sure both siders of the switch have power by connecting ur 24 volt wire to both sides of the switch

Maybe a diagram tellin me what u mean by jump from switch to switch its has prongs so how is that possible, I don't think this was answered but what connector do i use for the prong on the carlin switch i think ur answer was solder them on but i wanted to use a connector what would i have to get????? thank you..............
